Couldn’t agree more and the same theory applies to parents!
Do bad teachers exist? Of course. But hating ALL teachers because you viewed a video showing an indoctrinating teacher is like hating all doctors after listening to the Dr Death podcast. The vast majority of teachers care deeply for kids and are constantly advocating for them.

This is not every parent nor does every teacher feel this way. Can you come out from behind the curtain of @FixingEducation? Your rant of anger doesn’t fix anything, it keeps teachers stuck in a negative spiral. My kids teachers used a Strength-Based practice. Try it, it works!
Parents, can you please indoctrinate your kids to be kind, respectful, honest, curious and hard working? Thanks. Sincerely, Every Teacher in the World

I wish SOME teachers would stop complaining about “parents.” Chronic complaining triggers anxiety & then, surprise, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. Be kind to yourself for heavens sake, parents & kids need you. Look for parents trying & surely you will find them. ❤️
I wish parents would ‘indoctrinate’ their kids into being respectful and responsible students along with a splash of perseverance.

So true, same for parents, the system is failing parents too! #valuefamilies
Public schools are not failing students. Public school teachers are not failing students. The system is failing public schools, teachers and students. Stop saying public schools and teachers are failing students when the system is setting them up to fail.

Why does it always boil down to “warning kids about the danger” & “tips for parents”? Let’s back the bus up. How about legislators, when legalizing controlled substances, put guardrails on packaging & make the industry accountable. You all collect the revenue at kids’ expense.
Multiple elementary students have been sent to the hospital after ingesting “unidentified edibles.” @sramosABC breaks down what parents need to know.

The trauma of a violent act reverberates out to so many, but so does love. Do an act of kindness today, give a hug, show appreciation, say I love you often. Allow love to take over the vibrational field. The victims, bystanders, & grieving families will feel it. Let love win!

Inspiring!!! “Break your mirrors!” Shriver declared at an address at Yale in May 1994. “Shatter the glass. In our society that is so self-absorbed, begin to look less at yourself and more at each other.”
My dad always believed there was no end to how much good you can do as long as you don’t need to get the credit. But I'm glad he’s getting some credit now! Check out this powerful review of Spiritualizing Politics without Politicizing Religion americamagazine.org/arts-cul…

A teacher doesn’t just teach the 3 R’s, they create a space for students to share their heart. #teacherstudent #SEL #kindness #love
