• Target the oppressors: Designate the IRGC as a terrorist organisation and hold those responsible accountable.

پارلمان اروپا با رای اکثریت نمایندگان، قطعنامه‌ای علیه جمهوری اسلامی تصویب کرد و خواستار پایان سرکوب معترضان در این کشور شد. در این قطعنامه بر لزوم پاسخ‌گویی عاملان سرکوب تاکید شده است.
نمایندگان پارلمان اروپا همچنین خواستار قرار گرفتن سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی در فهرست گروه‌های تروریستی اتحادیه اروپا شدند و این اقدام را گامی ضروری برای افزایش فشار بر جمهوری اسلامی دانستند.
در بخش دیگری از این قطعنامه، بر اخراج دیپلمات‌های جمهوری اسلامی از اتحادیه اروپا و نیز حمایت از تلاش‌ها برای دور زدن محدودیت‌های اینترنتی در ایران با هدف دسترسی آزاد شهروندان به اطلاعات تاکید شده است.
