Die EU wirft Jacques Baud etwas vor:
Er sei Gast in „pro-russischen" Sendungen gewesen, er fungiere als „Sprachrohr pro-russischer Propaganda“ und verbreite Verschwörungstheorien – konkret: die ukrainische Regierung sei mit Schuld am Krieg. Damit unterstütze er russische Desinformation, die unsere liberale Demokratie untergrabe.
Es wurde ihm dabei keinerlei russische Bezahlung nachgewiesen.
Man kann nun gerne seine Meinung abstoßend finden - aber darum geht es hier nicht.
Denn:
Was hat die EU Kommission gemacht? Sie hat ihn persönlich mit denselben Sanktionen belegt die für Putins Gefolgschaft gilt.
Weil er seine Meinung geäußert hat.
Das sind die konkreten Maßnahmen, die ihn betreffen:
🇪🇺 Vermögenssperre (alle EU-Konten, Vermögen, Pension eingefroren)
🇪🇺 Verbot, ihm Geld/Ressourcen bereitzustellen
🇪🇺 Reiseverbot (kein EU-Transit, seit Dez. 2025 in Brüssel festgesetzt)
🇪🇺 Praktisch: Alle Kreditkarten tot, Einkäufe/Zahlungen unmöglich, es gibt zwar humanitäre Ausnahmen aber die zu nutzen ist eher kafkaesk.
Diese Strafe wurde jetzt gerade verlängert bis Ende 2027. Natürlich ohne Prozess.
Die EU ist ein Feind der Freiheit.

Călin Georgescu, a Political Prisoner, Remains Under Arrest for Another 30 Days
Romania takes pride in being a member of the European Union and NATO, a strategic partner of the United States, and a country that respects democracy and the rule of law. Yet Călin Georgescu and his lawyers should not have to learn about court decisions or legal measures taken against him through media reports citing unnamed sources, long before they receive any official notification.
Once again, the media seems to know about developments in Călin Georgescu's legal cases before he or his lawyers do. We have repeatedly seen reports containing confidential information from case files, personal data, witness statements, and details of court decisions before these were officially communicated to Călin or his lawyers.
The way this information reaches the public raises serious questions about confidentiality and respect for legal procedures. The public's right to information must never come at the expense of the fundamental rights of the person involved in legal proceedings, including the right to a defense, the right to a fair trial, the presumption of innocence, and the right to privacy.
These differences in treatment have been particularly concerning since Călin's victory in the 2024 presidential election. The legal cases brought against him since then are politically motivated, and the allegations against him are unfounded.
Fundamental rights must be respected equally, without exception. Yet in Călin's case, we have serious concerns about how the law is being interpreted and applied, and whether he is receiving a genuinely fair and impartial hearing. An independent justice system must guarantee the same rights to every Romanian, regardless of who they are or their political circumstances.
Our family, including our minor children, is enduring what I can only describe as psychological torture. We are subjected to unlawful and abusive video surveillance inside our own home. Our home and accounts have also been placed under an unlawful seizure order, which disregards my rights as his wife, even though I am not a party to the cases or involved in the legal proceedings in any capacity.
My children and I no longer feel safe in our own home. The very place where we should feel most protected has become a place of torture and fear. No legal process should ever turn a family's right to privacy, especially when minor children are involved, into a constant source of psychological terror.
I will continue to speak out internationally about these abuses and violations of fundamental rights. What our family is experiencing is connected to Călin's decision to run for president, speak about peace and God, and win the first round with the support of more than two million Romanians and a declared campaign budget of zero.
In Romania, love for one's country is met with prison bars and political persecution. Since December 6, 2024, when Romania's presidential election was illegally and unconstitutionally annulled while voting was already underway for hours, democracy has been nothing but a mask. We are witnessing the dawn of a new dictatorship.

And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the “First Lady” of theft from her sister.
I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.

Contraint par la réalité du terrain où les forces otano-ukrainiennes sont plus que jamais au bord de la débandade, et contraint par le lâchage de Trump, Zelensky consent enfin à ouvrir des négociations avec la Russie, dont il sait qu'elles se termineront pour l'essentiel aux conditions de Poutine.
Selon toute probabilité, l'Ukraine modifiera sa Constitution pour préciser qu'elle n'intégrera jamais l'OTAN et reconnaîtra la cession à la Russie de la Crimée et de l'ensemble du Donbass.
Moyennant quoi, une opération de maquillage de la réalité sera probablement lancée, afin de tenter de sauver un peu la face auprès des populations européennes. Un narratif ad hoc se contorsionnera pour chanter la résilience ukrainienne et présenter cela comme une victoire des soldats ukrainiens de langue russe.
Quels que soient ces habillages, l'UE apparaît pour ce qu'elle est :
🥶 ruinée par les dizaines de milliards d'euros qu'elle a versés en pure perte au régime de Zelensky, et au détriment du bien-être des peuples de l'UE
🥶 cocufiée par les États-Unis, à un point tel qu'il en devient comique

The Jacques Baud Interviews: Condemned for Speaking the Objective Truth
On Saturday, October 24, I travelled to Brussels, Belgium. My mission: to interview Jacques Baud, the retired Swiss Colonel and veteran intelligence officer sanctioned by the European Union for telling the truth about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
Jacques and I met in the home of one of his friends and close supporters, and over the course of several hours engaged in a wide ranging conversation about his life and work, and the consequences of being sanctioned by the European Union, accused of being a Russian propagandist.
The interview, recorded by my daughter, Victoria and edited by Alexandra Madornaya, will be released in two parts.
Part One will explore the life and times of Jacques Baud, tracing his work as a Swiss Strategic Intelligence Officer, United Nations Peacekeeper, and NATO Humanitarian specialist. This interview underpins the reality that Jacques Baud is the furthest thing from a Russian propagandist. Trained in the US and UK, Jacques is an intelligence professional whose objectivity and adherence to fact-based analysis is backed by a track record of proven performance at the highest levels of international policy making.
Part Two will dive into Jacques writing and podcasts done after retirement. It is work that had him targeted by the European Union for sanctions which, when taken at face value, were tantamount to a death sentence. In a recent review of his case by the European Union, Jacques’ sanctions were extended. The reason why? He was too neutral and too objective in his assessments, and as such his work would help Russia and hinder the European Union.
Condemned to die because he was too objective, and too neutral.
It is my honor and privilege to publish these interviews, and to further the work of Jacques Baud, a heroic man on the frontlines of the fight for free speech.
