Here's a crazy idea @Twitch @TwitchSupport To prevent payment fraud again, how about removing the option entirely on the twitch dashboard and make it so that if you want to change the payout method, we have to contact twitch support instead and you can confirm who we are in order to make the changes? Since it was your 2FA security that failed, how about you take accountability since it was your system that accepted the hackers information which clearly did not match my records and give me the money that was stolen? In the meantime i have to check my payout method everyday for 30 days in order to give me some sort of piece of mind that my account isn't hacked. @paypal your staff requires more training. To even suggest that i should contact the hackers to get an answer is ignorant, obtuse and just plain idiotic. How can you not have the ability to find out where the money went to when in this day an age, everything we do online leaves a digital foot print?
