Last night, Stephen Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, a candidate who, by all accounts, is on track in the polls to flip Texas blue.
In response, Trump’s FCC reportedly threatened CBS if the interview aired.
CBS caved and pulled the segment, citing “financial reasons.”
In modern American history, no president has been more hostile to free speech than Donald Trump.
But censorship always backfires.

This SCOTUS ruling effectively NULLIFIES our 4th Amendment right and sets an absolutely HORRIFIC precedent moving forward.
At this point, ICE or any law enforcement can essentially break into your home WITHOUT a warrant based on “probable cause”, shoot you, and remain judiciously IMMUNE as a result. That is more or less what is being decided here.
The fact that this PASSED 9-0 shows that there is NO care, or consideration for our Constitution any longer, even from SCOTUS.
Our Republic, as the Founding Fathers envisioned it is effectively DEAD.
