My current energy tariff from @edfenergy will expire at the end of March. I just logged in to see what the alternative tariffs cost per month. NB I do not live in an uninsulated castle! The lowest is £29,461 per month!
I enjoyed an excellent dinner at @ThackeraysRest last night. Their 'Honesty' menu (where you pay what you feel they deserve) was a 6-course sampling menu + petits fours. A couple of stand-outs and all accompanied by a small serving of matching alcohol. Really, really good. :-)
