Ir en bici al trabajo 🚲 reduce un 47% la mortalidad, un 24% las hospitalizaciones cardiovasculares y el 51% la mortalidad por cáncer. Caminar 🚶♀️ reduce un 9% hospitalizaciones totales y 10% las cardiovasculares. Ambos reducen problemas de salud mental (bici, -20%, caminar, -7%).
