The media says wages are flat under President Trump.  But real median household income is up $2,500 since January 2025, and that’s before the benefits of Trump’s tax cuts. You can’t claim to care about affordability while ignoring the numbers that tell the full story.

In 13 states, federal funds now bring in more revenue than the state’s own tax collections. Louisiana leads the nation at 51%, followed by Alaska at 49% and Arizona at 46%. How much control do states truly have over budgets built on someone else’s money? spn.org/washingtons-favorite…

Yes, the children of SC deserve no less. Thank you @AGAlanWilson !
Parents know what’s best for their children. As Governor, I’ll put families first, audit state government, and give parents more options to choose the education that best fits their child. Education policy should put children first.

Unsurprisingly, this whole thing is fake news, intended as left-wing troll fodder to cast doubt over an exploding education freedom tidal wave. But you don’t just get Education Freedom Account/Education Savings Account funds by simply *existing* as a school. The funds don’t even flow directly to schools—they come from families who sometimes use those funds to pay tuition at schools of their choosing. Those families have actual students that must prove eligibility—including residency, identity, enrollment, and a whole host of other factors—before any funds are ever disbursed. Every single transaction is public record and reviewed for program compliance. Fraudulent or unallowable expenses are rejected. Perhaps you’re thinking of America’s largest welfare programs—or the Leering Center—where funds just go out the door and very little oversight occurs. That’s not how these programs work. Additionally, in Arkansas, schools must be accredited or be in the process of becoming accredited to participate in the EFA program and accept EFA students. (I’d know, since I helped write the law that governs these things.) Unfortunately this all contradicts your fake narratives, but that’s somehow how reality works. While I hate to give this nonsense any attention, in the off chance that anyone actually believes it, it’s worth setting the record straight. Touch grass, @propublica. (And yes, I totally agree you have no business anywhere near a classroom.)

Important reminder ladies!
Four years ago, Jennifer was in the middle of a long road with breast cancer. This photo was taken on the day of her reconstructive surgery, one of many surgeries along the way. Today, I’m incredibly grateful to say Jennifer is cancer free. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re thinking of every person fighting this disease, every survivor, and every family walking alongside someone they love. Get screened, know your risk, and don’t put it off.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDER HOOVER AND FDR RAISED TAXES AND SPENDING AND PRICE CONTROLS.... THAT CREATED THE GREAT DEPRESSION.
We're told FDR's leadership ended the Great Depression. It's a myth. FDR passed dumb rules. He raised farm prices by buying and often destroying crops. Economist Don Boudreaux: "People were hungry and they were destroying food. How was that good? ... People can't eat prices!”

Nikole Hannah-Jones claims there is no absolution for she and other privileged parents who “continue to rescue our own children from the failing schools where we allow other people’s children to languish simply because those children have been born Black and poor in a nation of racism and riches.” Newsflash: Those “languishing” parents do not want nor need your absolution. They simply want the same privilege Hannah-Jones and her husband ultimately exercised: the right to choose a better school for their own child. American 15-year-olds just posted among the lowest reading and math results this country has recorded in a generation. While student enrollment dropped by about 775,000, government schools added about 620,000 employees. What is going on? It is time to free families from the clutches of failing government schools and teachers unions.
