Bought a grill online @Lowes on 5/31 & chose free assembly. Waited 8 days for pickup, but store cancelled my order. Repurchased the grill online *3* times; store cancelled 3x. Bought it in-store, asked for assembly. Just picked it up and it's assembled incorrectly. Horrible!

So, @KLM lost my baggage, found it, delivered it late, AND one of their employees stole expensive items from my suitcase. I filed a claim, submitted documentation, and they closed the claim with no reimbursement to me. NEVER flying this airline again.

Every interviewer is not a journalist. Shannon Sharpe is likeable, but he is often nothing more than a glorified audience member/passive listener during his own interviews. True, #KattWilliams is a formidable force, but Shannon left so much on the table.

So disgusted with @AmericanAir. I filed a complaint re: being forced to give up my seat to a white man on a recent flight (incident is well-documented btw), got a 3-line email basically saying 'oh well,' and that's it?! Sorry, this isn't a resolution. Make this right.

The way @British_Airways is handling my lost luggage is appalling. Here I am waiting at my temporary address for my suitcase, which was promised to be delivered today and nothing. Where is my suitcase?!
