Groups such as Rio de Janeiro Oil Workers Union, the Palestinian Institute for Climate Strategy and Disrupt Power have raised questions over whether oil still made its way to Israel, fuelling genocide, apartheid and illegal occupation, potentially through Vitol’s refinery in Sardinia, Italy.

With the start of SB62 this week in Bonn, the UNFCCC continues to negotiate “just transitions” while ignoring the ongoing genocide in Gaza, fueled by fossil capital, protected by military force, and legitimized through greenwashing.
This is not a neutral climate crisis.
This is apartheid. This is ecocide.
And it is enabled by the same extractive systems the UN claims to reform.
We are not calling for symbolic solidarity.
We are demanding action:
