One of my biggest issues with the Padres lineup is Merrill is their only dependable LHH. Harris and Salas aren’t guys you can count on yet. 72% of MLB pitchers are RHP. The great teams like the Brewers, Yankees, Dodgers & Rays exploit this by stacking dependable LHH.
