6 Month Game Dev Challenge is back in action.
My 6 Month Game Dev Challenge will resume in two weeks. I'm thinking of a new approach that has been itching in the back of my mind for years now...

Not sure how this is going to work out. But I will be taking a two week break to get composed for it!
Stay tuned~!
Google's Project Genie is a way to quickly make games using Ai 3D World Buildiing.
The only saving grace for game devs that use al natural deving is that you need a monthly AI Ultra Plan which costs $99/month. But, people that pay game devs might see that as a steal...
Working on 2D Pixel Art for my next Indie Game. I learned, as a solo dev, doing the art, design and coding of my game, it is a good idea to lessen the load.
I was originally trying to make a 3D Action Adventure game like my first one. Now, I'm thinking of a smarter approach!

Good to be in a community, because someone helped me fix my error with the attack and hit reaction!

#UnrealEngine can look daunting at first, but just like anything, with enough practice, you can start getting used to it!

Does anyone know how to re download the switch 2 edition upgrades of totk and botw? I got a new switch 2 after returning my first one and can't figure it out. I'm looking at virtual game cards,but...
I can't even cancel my electricity bill early without a fine, but publishers can pull funding from a project that is supposed to feed hundreds?

I've been re-doing my game (BPs to C++).
There is less going on for now.
Playing catch up and will eventually surpass what I had.
What have you been working on?

I'm still working on my game. Just a couple of stumbles here and there.
I was working In #UnrealEngine Blueprints and prototyped something very quickly. Then I decided I want to go ahead with it in C++. Time to make a Vertical Slice. Stay tuned~!

I plan to use it more. Just note, I kick people who made an account a couple of days before joining, cause I'm paranoid of bots. Will overcome this soon...!
I didn't buy the game (I think it is ugly), but if I did and played the WHOLE thing?? No way I'd request a refund. 2 hours is one thing, but there should be an added rule by Steam 'If you beat the game, you can't refund it'.
This should not be possible @Steam
Would be cool if you could finally do something about your refund policy... Got dozens of reviews like that and 21% refund rate even though the Reviews are 90% very positive...
Thats over 55,000 Refunds btw...
I understand why #Playstation thought it was a good idea to remove physical media for games. Most Devs work in a bubble, don't test with the public, and release something they're proud of that others either don't notice or HATE.
That's the only thing that makes sense to me.....
This is strange: #gamedev insists that you tear yourself apart to make a game. But, the player doesn't care how much work you put into it as long as they enjoy it.
Hot take? I don't think we need to work ourselves to the bone to make our games.
What do you think?

My first game is half off during Steam Summer Sale!! Give it a try, it's sneaky fun and an impressive and ambitious first game by a solo developer.
