Well, now I am a free man and the dust is starting to settle I can now be FULLY transparent without repercussion.
@GlobalAffairs, aka, @elonmusk picked up the legal tab for my court proceedings these past few months.
This was only possible due to the relentless hard work of @ezralevant of @RebelNewsOnline who not only brought @laoisedebrun on board with Padraig Langsch, but pressed X legal department to pursue my case in the interests of Free Speech.
Waking up a free man after two years of daily persecution is a strange but liberating feeling.
I will continue to promote irishfreespeech.com for the cases of @RossLahive1 and Hugh Fagan who are facing Lawfare outside of X's remit and require funding so Laoise and Padraig can clear their names too.
Today, Irish citizen journalist Kirk Loco was acquitted at Bray District Court of a criminal charge under Ireland's "Coco's Law." X is proud to have funded Kirk's defense.
Kirk's alleged offense was a single post on X relaying a teenage girl's account of a migrant man exposing himself to her on a local bus. Kirk was arrested at his home and faced up to two years in prison.
The court found the State had not proved its case. "Grossly offensive" speech is not defined anywhere in the law. Vague laws like this invite abuse.
We will keep standing with users who report on matters of public concern.

I've done piles of stuff on this over the past few years. "our economic needs" are not OUR economic needs.

Has he been on RTE's late late show recently?

One consequence arising from the consent ad is this;
If so many people seem to be so willing to apply what are adult sexual-consent rules to such obvious non-sexual, non-predatory contexts, then how can sexual assault statistics be taken at face value?
Things like this hurt real victims of actual sexual assault.

BREAKING: Andy Burnham to legislate that all sellotape must come with a dispenser to prevent losing the end. The PM said, “When taping up your broken windows after a riot, there is nothing worse than losing the end of the tape. I’m ending that”

Milton Friedman:
“In the long run, government will spend whatever the tax system will raise, plus as much more as it can get away with. That’s what history tells us.”
“So my view has always been: cut taxes on any occasion, for any reason, in any way that’s politically feasible, as the only way to keep down the size of government.”
Great speech by Marco at one of the birthplaces of Western Civilization today. Our friends in Europe face a stark choice: decline or renewal. I hope they choose wisely.

Something I've noticed on X since Oct 7th 2023, many Irish pro-pals seemingly survived the famine, the Tan war, the Battle of the Bogside and even retain a strong folk memory of the Cromwellian Plantation..
Hence 'our' strong emotional ties with Hamas.
Strange....

Tell you what. Get your Muslim members to promise they will never attend a mosque that criticises homosexuality. Then we’ll talk.
It must be hard being a sports journalist and realising the only people who care what you think are other sports journalists and wimpy little Marxists.... 😢@thejournal_ie @IndoSport @IrishTimesSport

Big mistake having multiple protests. If they'd pooled resources, they could have hit double figures. Shame.

An absolute legend.
The players have a decision to make. Make a small sacrifice.
This man put his body on the line, in the hopes to save others.

So because I think the Irish football captain should have shaken the Israeli football captain's hand, it means I am "OK with shooting children in the head"? Do you have any idea how mental you sound?
