Virtually all of the people who testified against trump were Republicans or his family members. ( @Mike_Pence , @MarkMeadows , etc). Could you explain that?!?!

Schmitt: Were you, or were you not, in fact, the mastermind of a rebellion in 1450, rallying a massive army of peasants, shopkeepers, and soldiers to march on London to protest royal corruption and high taxes?

"In Einstein's equation, time is a river. It speeds up, meanders, and slows down. The new wrinkle is that it can have whirlpools and fork into two rivers. So, if the river of time can be bent into a pretzel, create whirlpools, and fork into two rivers, then time travel cannot be ruled out."

Yes, because you relating spend as “price per pupil” (to show an inflated average) does not change the infrastructure or personnel necessary to run a school.
This is your obligation. Texas Constitution requires it. Voters demand it… and oppose vouchers.
The following vetted international and local non-governmental organizations are actively delivering emergency aid on the ground in Nepal:
Direct Relief & Healthcare
Nepal Red Cross Society: The primary local emergency responder, providing immediate search-and-rescue assistance, first aid, safe drinking water, temporary shelter, and hygiene kits.
Project HOPE: Mobilizing emergency response teams alongside local health officials to deliver critical medical supplies, hygiene kits, and emergency healthcare access to affected communities.
Direct Relief: Working directly with Nepal's Ministry of Health and local clinics to deploy essential medicines, trauma supplies, and medical inventory.
Food, Shelter & Community Rebuilding
GlobalGiving (Nepal Flood Relief Fund): Directs flexible emergency grants to vetted local, community-led grassroots organizations handling immediate search and rescue, clean water, and long-term rebuilding.
Save the Children: Distributes essential survival items—including emergency household kits, cooking supplies, mosquito nets, and clean water tools—specifically targeting displaced children and families.
World Central Kitchen (WCK): Partnering with local restaurants and community kitchens to distribute hot meals and fresh food to displaced residents in hard-hit districts.
CARE USA & Mercy Corps: Coordinating emergency shelter, clean water systems, and financial/material relief through local partner networks.
Verification & Safe Giving Tips
1. Verify Ratings: Check organizations on charity evaluators like Charity Navigator, GuideStar, or BBB Wise Giving Alliance to review financial transparency and program efficiency.
2. Beware of Unsolicited Solicitations: Avoid donating through direct social media messaging, unverified links, or wire transfers to individuals.
3. Prefer Cash over Goods: Financial contributions allow organizations on the ground to purchase exact supplies locally, which speeds up delivery and supports the local economy.

Texas Constitution requires Lexas Legislatures, you (literally you), to fund public education.
Why do yall push that off on counties and cities?
How do then you blame counties and cities for your failure?

I’m glad Texas Democrats continue to show they demand the rule of law.
We need more of that.
Why would that be embarrassing?
Rights are only rights if we defend them.
Lying about an election is particularly egregious… especially when the incumbent is the one lying. With Patrick/Paxton and crew, it’s prolific.

The Texas Attorney General does not have original jurisdiction over criminal human trafficking cases.
Because the OAG cannot independently file local criminal charges, its specialized unit operates entirely on an assistance-only basis. Despite a massive expansion of the unit's taxpayer budget, actual prosecution outcomes slowed to a crawl under Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Here is how the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) performed relative to your metrics:
Case Intake Limitations
• Filed: 0
• Received by Referral: Approximately 120
• Convictions: ~ 30 to 40 (they wont say)
Direct litigation outcomes show a pattern of underperformance:
• Cases Received by Referral/Request: Approximately 120 cases total. (The OAG averages 20 to 24 new accepted cases from local DAs per year).
• Cases Dismissed: 7 high-profile cases dropped/dismissed entirely under OAG handling (all heavily publicized following the collapse of Operation Fallen Angel in 2022).
• Cases Pled (Plea Agreements): The vast majority of the OAG's remaining footprint. The office does not publish a standalone cumulative number for plea deals —including a series of recent misdemeanor plea deals that spared defendants jail time and registration. One Day Offers. Maybe @EllenTroxclair wants to call Paxton into session?
• Cases Tried (Jury Trials to Verdict): Fewer than 10 cases total have actually gone to a full jury trial under OAG lead prosecution since 2016 (averaging one a year).
The rest are dismissed.
The total lifetime result of all OAG criminal activity across Paxton’s tenure (including both pleas and trials) stands at a disputed 31 to 42 convictions total.

News flash: The money will absolutely not go to property tax relief.
TX law forces the State’s failure to cover the State’s obligation for ISDs… onto locals. Then they pretend locals are to blame for your property taxes. (they’re not).
Abbott will not choose any different. He likes the cycle he’s created.
