Python 3.7.4rc2 has a big venv/sys.executable change for the Windows Store package. The preview will go to 25% of users automatically, but if you want to actively test it, open the Microsoft Store app, get all updates, then recreate your venvs.

WHOA. I'm on a new copy of Windows (Insiders? newish) and I typed Python - on a machine where I don't have it - and it launched the Windows Store into an official distribution I can install in a click. WHEN did this happen. I love this.
