Just in time for National 🇨🇦 Pain Awareness week, can you spot the superficial region of the spinal dorsal horn where processing of incoming nociceptive signals occurs? 🔬 Explore efficient 3D imaging in large intact samples like the spinal cord with 2P Bessel beam light sheet technology 👉bliqphotonics.com/solutions/… Here, light sheet fluorescent microscopy was performed in a DAPI-stained adult mouse spinal cord cleared with iDISCO at 720 nm excitation from an infra-red @light_con laser. The 3D projection from a 2.5 mm z-stack was performed using @MBFBioscience Neurolucida® 360 software.
