Today marks 20 years since I started training as a Primary Care Graduate Mental Health Worker (PWP in today's money!). I've always remained part of the low intensity workforce both in services & training. Proud of what we started, where we are going & proud of my role in it all!
And what an impact you have had @DigitalOlivia ! Blazing a trail for Health Psychology and behavioural science in NHS workforce settings. Thanks also to the @NHSE_WTE Trainee Health Psychologist scheme which made it possible. @ASWhittington @swppn @PPNEngland
Today marks one year working at @DPT_NHS and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best of my career to date. I’ve felt welcomed, supported, included, challenged, trusted and valued.
