A 29-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault in Edinburgh. The incident happened within The Pitt, West Shore Road, Edinburgh, around 1am on Thursday, 25 June, 2026. The woman will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.

Around 1.35pm on Friday, 9 October, we were called to a report that a car had crashed into a building at Rutland Square, Edinburgh. The female driver of the car was taken to hospital to be checked over and has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.
