🏠 Rent frozen for rent-stabilized tenants.
👶 Universal childcare being expanded.
🚌 Better, more affordable public transit.
🏗️ More affordable housing being pushed forward.
📚 Investing in public services instead of gutting them.
Turns out when government actually invests in working people instead of protecting the wealthiest few, people notice.
Maybe the scary part about democratic socialism isn’t that it fails, maybe it’s that people are starting to see what happens when some of it actually works. 😉
