Outdated PA law requires notices in print papers, used only by 9% of residents (and dropping).
SB 194 gives local govs flexibility, including posting online where people look.

@GovernorShapiro declared a disaster emergency for 21 counties due to effects from Tropical Storm Debby. Affected areas must participate in preliminary damage assessments to coordinate recovery efforts.
Townships should coordinate with local EMA.

The PA House passed a bill to set a flat annual fee on PA's EV drivers that'll increase over the years, 190-12. It heads back to the Senate. SB 656 sets the fee at $200 in 2025 & up to $286 by 2030. Plug-ins would pay 25% of that.
