ALT LGBTQ+ History Month! A message of support and inclusion from NGH's People Director, Tracey Robson. I am very proud of our PRIDE network and all they represent to help us cultivate a culture where our talented LGBTQ+ colleagues can feel safe, supported, free to be their true selves and fully participate in the workplace. We want to nurture the most inclusive and welcoming culture, which positively impacts all staff working at NGH and of course our overall patient experience . We continue to strive for full leadership commitment to Diversity & Inclusion as an Exec team and I am very proud to be part of that team driving to create an inclusive culture. ALT lgbtq+ History Month. Today is the start of a month-long, celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender history. It looks at the history of gay rights, with the main and overall aims of the month are to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. Q Space Training: Q Space are here to help provide specific LGBTQ+ related training to colleagues! Spaces are available. Contact the EDI Team to learn more! Executive Messages: Our Exec Team will be sharing messages of support for LGBTQ+ colleagues and patients. Role Model Stories: Read the inspirational, personal stories from LGBTQ+ colleagues from KGH & NGH! Guest Speakers: Join us as we hear from Tim Couchman (United Lincolnshire Hospitals) and Belle Cotton West Northamptonshire Council) as they talk about their journey as LGBTQ+ individuals!
