7 @UN_MINUSMA peacekeepers were injured after their convoy hit another improvised explosive device. The convoy is travelling from Kidal to Gao as part of the withdrawal process. With 4 incidents in 4 days, peacekeepers’ lives continue to be at risk.

Yesterday, UNIFIL compounds have been hit twice: in the afternoon with a shell hitting our Headquarters in Naqoura, and yesterday evening in the vicinity of Houla, resulting in the injury of one peacekeeper.
