Representation means having support when you need it, advice from people who are on your side and a collective voice in the decisions that shape your career.
FIFPRO’s new Global Employment report shows just how much that matters for women’s footballers.

⚽ The growth of women's football must be matched by stronger labour protections.
FIFPRO's new report highlights why collective bargaining and player representation are essential to building sustainable careers. 📢
FIFPRO’s Global Employment Report found that almost half of the women's players surveyed have considered leaving football early.
The three most-cited reasons:
💰 Financial reasons – 59%
🧠 Psychological stress – 46%
⚖️ Better work-life balance – 39%
Players need the conditions and security to build sustainable careers.
We're delighted to partner with B5 consultancy to produce a set of social media education resources with advice for players on adjusting social media settings and habits to protect themselves and reduce exposure to online abuse. Find out more: ppf.org.uk/news/ppf-launches…

Having taken that step himself at a difficult point with injuries in his career, Anthony knows first-hand how important it can be to ask for help. ❤️
