Thank you to everyone who attended the Fall 2026 Career Pathways Summit yesterday. Around 200 participants from education, industry, community organizations, and government came together to tackle how we can build a sustainable talent pipeline in the Pikes Peak region.

The total number of applications increased for program year 25-26, and the number of interactions per application increased. This means that more interactions were group-based for the program year instead of individual. #PPBEA #Date #AnnualReport

PPBEA is happy to report that the Opportunity Success Rate increased to 55.75% for program year 25-26. This means that over half of all applications were successfully completed. This is an increase of 6.4% from the previous year. #PPBEA #Data #AnnualReport
