Horrible times in the aviation industry. Thousands of jobs at risk. Some within companies just trying to survive and some in companies using it as an excuse to slash contract terms. #covid-19 continues to reveal both the best and worst in human nature.. and corporate culture 😔

We're working with @airlineprep on training courses for our Flybe members. Today we're in Exeter. This is a crucial part of the support we give members who find themselves out of a job. This is just 1 of 13 courses we're running around the country together.

#valuecabs Belfast - Thanks a lot for not showing up for an airport run.. and lying about the location of the offending cab. Customer service at its worst. #unacceptable
Top tip: Airlines - try telling the customers you’ve cancelled their flight before they find out from the airport’s website. That’s just bad form 😔

The saddest of days for the industry, it’s customers and my former colleagues at Thomas Cook. Good luck to all. 😔

Horrible time for all Thomas Cook staff. Let’s hope a rescue plan emerges overnight.
