Rachel Carson wrote Silent Spring with breast cancer eating through her, hid it from everyone but her closest friends so the chemical industry could not use it against the book, and testified to the Senate in a wig because the radiation had taken her hair. She was a government biologist who wrote pamphlets about fish for the Fish and Wildlife Service and sat up at night writing about the sea. Her first book came out a few weeks before Pearl Harbor and sold almost nothing. Her second, in 1951, sat on the bestseller list for 86 weeks and bought her out of the civil service. She never married. She buried her father, her sister and then her mother, and at 50 she adopted her orphaned great-nephew, Roger, aged five, and raised him alone. In 1958 a friend wrote to her about the birds dropping dead in her garden after the mosquito spraying. Carson had been collecting the evidence on DDT since 1945, when the magazines turned her down. She started the book that winter. In the spring of 1960, with the manuscript half written, the surgeon took her left breast off and told her it was benign. It was not. The tumour had spread, and she found out months later, from another doctor, that the first one had decided not to tell her. She wrote the rest of Silent Spring between radiation sessions, through nausea and a crumbling spine, with her hair falling out and an arthritic grip on the pen, and she told almost nobody. If the industry learned the author had cancer, the book would be read as a dying woman's grievance rather than a case. The book came out in September 1962. The industry spent an estimated quarter of a million dollars answering it. Velsicol, which made two of the pesticides she named, wrote to her publisher threatening to sue and suggesting sinister influences wanted American farming reduced to Soviet levels. Monsanto printed a parody called The Desolate Year, in which the insects inherit the earth, and sent out 5,000 copies. A former Secretary of Agriculture, Ezra Taft Benson, was reported to have asked why a spinster with no children was so worried about genetics, and to have concluded she was probably a communist. In April 1963 she went on CBS to face the industry's man, Robert White-Stevens of American Cyanamid, who told 10 million viewers that if mankind followed Miss Carson it would return to the Dark Ages. Two of the programme's sponsors had pulled out. Carson, upright in a wig, quietly took him apart. A month later President Kennedy's own science advisers reported that she had been right. In June she sat before a Senate committee, barely able to walk to the chair, and the chairman greeted her with the line Lincoln is supposed to have given Harriet Beecher Stowe. "Miss Carson, you are the lady who started all this." She died on 14 April 1964, aged 56, of the cancer she had hidden for four years so that it could not be used to discredit her work. America banned DDT in 1972. In 2015 the daughters of the women sprayed in her lifetime turned out to carry 3.7 times the breast cancer risk when their mothers had carried the most DDT. Rachel Carson spent her last four years proving the chemical killed birds, and died of the disease it would later be found to have passed down through the daughters of the women who stood in the fog. The industry called her hysterical. She never once mentioned her own body in the argument. She did not need to.

The year is 1873. Your wife tires easily and reads too much. The doctor prescribes the rest cure: six weeks flat in bed, no books, no visitors, fed on milk, forbidden to sit up without his permission. The man who devised it is the most famous nerve specialist in America, and the women come out of it quieter, which is taken as the cure. The year is 1915. The hospital has a new way of delivering your child. Morphine, then scopolamine, and the mother wakes two days later with a baby she cannot remember having. They call it twilight sleep. The women are strapped into padded cots so they do not hurt themselves while they scream, and the straps are the modern part. The babies arrive blue and slow to breathe. The year is 1945. The truck comes down your street fogging DDT, and the children run behind it in the white cloud because the man on the back says it is harmless. At the beach it is sprayed over the bathers on their towels. It goes on the cattle, over the barn, and across the kitchen table. The year is 1948. Your son has trouble with his ears. The doctor slides a rod tipped with radium up each nostril and holds it there for the best part of ten minutes, and you bring him back three more times. Hundreds of thousands of American children get the same treatment. The cancers arrive in their fifties. The year is 1962. The health visitor tells you breastfeeding is old-fashioned and the formula is scientific. By 1972 fewer than one American baby in four is breastfed at all. The formula is skimmed milk and sugar, with the milk fat taken out and vegetable oil put in. The year is 1971. The family planning clinic fits a small plastic crab called the Dalkon Shield. Its tail is a bundle of fibres that wicks bacteria up into the womb. 2.8 million are fitted in America before it is withdrawn, and the company goes bankrupt under the claims. It had been sold as safe and superior. The year is 1983. The doctor says your arteries are the butter's fault. The dripping tin goes in the bin, the yolks go to the dog, the margarine goes in the fridge, and you have the heart attack anyway, on skimmed milk, having done everything right. The year is 2001. Your 15-year-old is low, and the doctor prescribes Paxil, because the trial in the journal says it is effective and well tolerated in adolescents. The raw data, reanalysed 14 years later, shows more suicidal thinking on the drug than on the sugar pill. The company pays $3 billion to settle. Nobody rings the house. The year is 2009. The government has spent around £500 million stockpiling Tamiflu for the pandemic, on the strength of the manufacturer's trials. When the trials are finally prised loose five years later, the drug shortens flu by about half a day and nothing shows it keeps anyone out of hospital. The stockpile goes out of date in a warehouse. The year is 2026. The doctor has ten minutes and a screen. The number is high, so the tablet is for life. The weight is high, so the injection is for life. The meat is bad for the planet and the oil is good for the heart, and the person in the chair is as certain as everyone who ever sat in it. Every one of those was settled, by a committee, in a journal, with a doubter somewhere being laughed at. The rest cure, the straps, the fog, the rod, the formula, the crab, the margarine, the trial, the stockpile. All of it certain, all of it printed, all of it done to somebody who had asked for help. You were never the one who was wrong. You were the one it was done to, and the only person in the story who did as they were told every single time. The apology comes a generation late, in a footnote, addressed to nobody. The next one is being drafted now.

Why did God create evil? The answer struck me to the core of my soul! A professor at the university asked his students the following question: Everything that exists was created by God? One student bravely answered: Yes, created by God. Did God create everything? - a professor asked. "Yes, sir," replied the student. The professor asked : If God created everything, then God created evil, since it exists. And according to the principle that our deeds define ourselves, then God is evil. The student became silent after hearing such an answer. The professor was very pleased with himself. He boasted to students for proving once again that faith in God is a myth. Another student raised his hand and said: Can I ask you a question, professor? "Of course," replied the professor. A student got up and asked: Professor, is cold a thing? What kind of question? Of course it exists. Have you ever been cold? Students laughed at the young man's question. The young man answered: Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is actually the absence of heat. A person or object can be studied on whether it has or transmits energy. Absolute zero (-460 degrees Fahrenheit) is a complete absence of heat. All matter becomes inert and unable to react at this temperature. Cold does not exist. We created this word to describe what we feel in the absence of heat. A student continued: Professor, does darkness exist? — Of course it exists. You're wrong again, sir. Darkness also does not exist. Darkness is actually the absence of light. We can study the light but not the darkness. We can use Newton's prism to spread white light across multiple colors and explore the different wavelengths of each color. You can't measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into the world of darkness and and illuminate it. How can you tell how dark a certain space is? You measure how much light is presented. Isn't it so? Darkness is a term man uses to describe what happens in the absence of light. In the end, the young man asked the professor: Sir. does evil exist? This time it was uncertain, the professor answered: Of course, as I said before. We see him every day. Cruelty, numerous crimes and violence throughout the world. These examples are nothing but a manifestation of evil. To this, the student answered: Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist for itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is like darkness and cold—a man-made word to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not faith or love, which exist as light and warmth. Evil is the result of the absence of Divine love in the human heart. It's the kind of cold that comes when there is no heat, or the kind of darkness that comes when there's no light. The student's name was Albert Einstein.

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States, especially in the minority races. Last month, my friend attended a training. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who each explained their beliefs. She was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was her turn, she directed her question to the Muslim and asked: 'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by unaliving an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?' There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, " Nonbelievers" She responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to unalive everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?' The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.' He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.' She then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine The Pope commanding all Catholics to unalive those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!' The Muslim was speechless. She continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to unalive me! Let me ask you a question: Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to unalive me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?' You could have heard a pin drop. Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the 'Diversification' training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs. In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the US. to elect the President. I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with the ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on! This is your chance to make a difference. Copied & pasted

HERE’S YOUR “DEMOCRACY” CREW — ON TAPE. Retired admirals, ex-USAID types, and professional protest organizers got caught recording themselves deciding when they get to declare the U.S. government illegitimate. DataRepublican’s Democracy Files Part 2 shows Renew to Thrive (Danielle Reiff & Paul Zeitz) operating under the United Democracy Alliance — the quiet hub coordinating 50501 and Indivisible. They decide protest timing, messaging, and response. National Security Leaders for America (1,600+ former military/intel/diplomatic officials, led by retired Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith) is described as operationalizing it. On the tapes they set “redlines.” One of the biggest: invoking the Insurrection Act against “peaceful” protesters. They shopped the plan to governors — no signature required. A governor just has to refuse federal troops and the network takes it from there. Same Mike Smith who founded and led National Security Leaders for Biden (1,100+ members, 780 signed the endorsement). Now it’s suddenly “nonpartisan.” Same morning, WaPo reports current and former DoD officials quietly prepping governors, election officials, and lawmakers in 10 states for Trump “interfering” in the midterms — rehearsing what to do if feds ask for ballots or machines. They’re building the excuse before anything happens. They coordinate the protests, pre-define which response is “illegitimate,” then use that response as proof the elected government has no authority and governors should step in. If a room full of retired conservative officers got caught role-playing how to declare a Democrat president illegitimate, the FBI would be at the door and every network would run it nonstop. They swore an oath to the Constitution, not a party. Treating an elected government’s legitimacy as something they can revoke when voters pick someone they don’t like is the opposite of defending democracy. Admiral Smith, Danielle Reiff, Paul Zeitz: release every recording in full and explain, under oath, exactly what you were planning. #DemocracyFiles #NationalSecurityLeaders #ElectionIntegrity

WHEN YOU FINALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT DRIVES THE SYSTEM… AND IT ISN’T HEALTH. Mammograms. Colonoscopies. Acid reflux pills. C-sections. Blood pressure meds. Cancer “care.” Vaccines. Pharmaceuticals. Hundreds of billions every year. Not to make you well. To keep you coming back. A cured patient is a lost customer. A dead whistleblower is just the cost of doing business. They don’t want you healthy. They want you profitable. Follow the money. Then ask why the doctors who actually cured people keep dying “suspiciously.”

SHARED FROM ELI YODER: "Now, the truth finally comes out that the state of New York wants the Amish people‘s properties and land so they can build their data centers. How disgusting! 🤮 The Amish of Central New York told the seditious Governor Kathy Hochul they would pack up, abandon their farms and leave if the Governor tried forcing vaccines on their children. The Governor fined them over $100,000 and demanded they comply anyway. When the Amish decided to fight back, taking the wicked Governor to court, Hochul's minion Senator Fahy drew up even more legislation to pressure them to leave, attacking their children again, this time through an anti-homeschooling bill. Tens of thousands of acres of cleared Amish farmland are at stake. The Amish have spent decades clearing their land by hand and horse. The hard work has been done. But if the Governor has her way, the Amish will be forced to sell that cleared land to the solar farms and data centers knocking on the doors for it. Who will help the Amish stand up to this maniacal Governor? We need to expose this on social media and we need to get the right people involved to represent the Amish and help them fight This evil demonic power and control of New York." NEW YORKER VOTERS NEED TO WAKE UP TO THE TYRANNY OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IN NEW YORK!

My daughter Jessica was only 39 years old and pregnant with her seventh child. Knowing that they were killing people in the hospital, she was fearful of going into the hospital. She got to emergency and from there no one could see her. Three days later after four doses of Remdesivir they forced vented her. She fought for her life. They proceeded to grab her wrists and ankles and strapped her down to the bed. Then they took her baby by forced c-section. 🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting after a 22-year-old who runs into BURNING BUILDINGS as a volunteer firefighter was told he isn't qualified to be a paid firefighter... ...because he was HOMESCHOOLED. Then the city changed the job posting to cover it up. His name is Andrew Coates. He's 22 years old, in Nebraska. Right now, today, he runs into burning buildings as a volunteer firefighter for Cedar Bluffs Fire. He is a state-licensed EMT. He is doing the job. For free. All he wanted was to get PAID to do it. In his words: "Make a career out of it would be the goal. To get paid to do what you love." So he applied to the Fremont Fire Department. And in April, the city rejected him. Why? Because his high school diploma says he was homeschooled. That's it. That's the whole disqualification. Not his EMT license. Not his fitness. Not his record. Not his experience pulling people out of fires ALREADY!! ...how he was educated. The job posting he applied to said "graduation from high school." That's all it said. He graduated high school. He has a diploma. And AFTER they rejected him, the city went back and added the word "accredited" to the job description. His own fire chief, the man who has watched Andrew work, showed up to defend him: "I feel the city of Fremont is really missing out here, and in my mind, because of his homeschooling, you guys are discriminating against him." Over THIRTY homeschool families showed up to stand behind this kid. And the Civil Service Commission? They said it isn't their job to touch city policy. Homeschoolers are literally a generation of kids who read ABOVE grade level, who work with their HANDS, who volunteer in their communities, who show up for their neighbors. And this young man is the proof. At 22, he's a certified EMT and a volunteer firefighter, while plenty of his peers are on a couch. When your house is on fire at 3 a.m., I promise you will not ask the man dragging your children out where he went to high school. You will not ask if his diploma was accredited. You will thank GOD he came. Andrew isn't even fighting for himself anymore. His words: "I think now it's turned into we want to make sure that every homeschooler has an equal opportunity." That's a better man than the policy that rejected him. Fremont, you have a licensed EMT and an active firefighter begging to serve your city. And you turned him down over paperwork, then rewrote the paperwork to cover it. Fix this. Hire him!!!!!!!

California resident went to a park in Santa Monica There was a group of Somali women and children having a party “They finish, they get up and leave their f*cking trash on the grass. Pizza boxes, candy wrappers, trash and walk away. And I was walking my dog. I stopped them and said, "Excuse me, you have to pick that up. We pick up our trash here." And they looked at me like I was from f*cking outer space because they don't consider... It's not even a consideration. It's not in their consciousness” This man is experiencing what countless other Americans call out. Our cultures are not the same. They are perfectly okay living with trash everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves, we are not “These people can integrate into the culture. And if they can't, they can't be here” This is also a huge complaint in California where there are large Indian communities. The Indians go to the park and leave it completely trashed, nobody picks up anything The answer is simple. Mass deportations

HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM: This is a well written and thought out article written by a 26 yr old college student by the name of Alyssa Ahlgren, who's in grad school for her MBA. What a GREAT perspecitve... My Generation Is Blind to the Prosperity Around Us! I'm sitting in a small coffee shop near Nokomis (Florida) trying to think of what to write about. I scroll through my newsfeed on my phone looking at the latest headlines of presidential candidates calling for policies to "fix" the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone down and continue to look around. I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook's, ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we've become completely blind to it. Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so ingrained in our American way of life we don't give them a second thought. We are so well off here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average. Thirty One Times!!! Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful. ?? Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my generation continues to grow. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, "An entire generation, which is now becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American prosperity." Never saw American prosperity! Let that sink in. When I first read that statement, I thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I've ever heard in my 26 years on this earth. Many young people agree with her, which is entirely misguided. My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand, I went to college, let's just say I didn't have the popular opinion, but I digress. Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see sitting at a coffee shop, do we not view this as prosperity? We have people who are dying to get into our country. People around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a young generation convinced they've never seen prosperity, and as a result, we elect some politicians who are dead set on taking steps towards abolishing capitalism. Why? The answer is this,?? my generation has only seen prosperity. We have no contrast. We didn't live in the great depression, or live through two world wars, the Korean War, The Vietnam War or we didn't see the rise and fall of socialism and communism. We don't know what it's like to live without the internet, without cars, without smartphones. We don't have a lack of prosperity problem. We have an entitlement problem, an ungratefulness problem, and it's spreading like a plague."
