This afternoon, FLiP members teamed up with Keep Houston Beautiful (@KHoustonB) for our annual Fall Cleanup to clear plastic & other waste from Woodland Park in the Houston area ahead of National Plastics Conference 2026. 400 lbs of total waste was collected — 12 lbs of that to be recycled!

Last week, PLASTICS led a polypropylene bale characterization at Pellenc ST using bales from Colorado. The trial, focusing on PP cups & clamshells, measured contamination and recovery — key to building a reliable PCR supply. Thanks to everyone who joined!
