Very sorry to learn of Jeff Pollard's passing. A true giant in the cancer microenvironment & macrophage fields. Will always remember his kindness & wisdom when I was new faculty, and the breathtaking science his many wonderful trainees shared in our Dept meetings.

Great point by David Rimm. Much caution needed with older pathology reports from when HER2 IHC 0 v 1 was a more low-stakes descriptive call, rather than a potentially actionable treatment-defining call. Lots of inter-rater variability. #SABCS22
