The final version of my article, "Presidentialism at the Highest Ebb: Executive Power in the Age of Trump," is published in the Dayton Law Review. In the article, I argue that the Roberts Court has flipped Youngstown on its head, culminating (so far) in Trump v. US. Link below:

According to FPI, Notre Dame's current SOS ranks 60th. That's ahead of the following Power 4 programs: Miami SMU Nebraska Oklahoma St Syracuse Texas Tech Boston College Washington Minnesota Arizona Georgia Tech Cal West Virginia Cincinnati BYU Baylor Pitt Kansas State Virginia Virginia Tech Utah Duke Their schedules aren't embarrassments, however.

Here’s an idea: let’s not give unlimited discretion and ZERO objective criteria to a committee of guys with vested interests in who gets into the playoff and who gets left out. This won’t stop. The 25th team will still complain. God forbid these morons lose some money.
