🇪🇸 Se ejecuta el desahucio de Maricarmen, una mujer de 87 años con un 50% de discapacidad, que residía desde 1956 en un piso en el barrio de Retiro, en Madrid, España.
La Policía Nacional ejecutó esta mañana el desahucio forzoso después de que la empresa propietaria, Urbagestión Desarrollo e Inversión S. L., rechazara de forma tajante todas las propuestas de negociación y prórrogas planteadas.
Tras adquirir el inmueble, la empresa exigió extinguir su contrato de renta antigua de la señora y elevó el alquiler un 275%: de 500 a 1.650 euros mensuales, una cantidad inasumible para su pensión.
Centenares de activistas, vecinos y personalidades del ámbito político y artístico pasaron la noche acampados en la calle del Alcalde Sainz de Baranda para frenar de forma pacífica el desalojo.
La Policía Nacional desplegó un amplio dispositivo que incluyó cargas y momentos de gran tensión para despejar los rellanos y el portal antes de que entrara la comitiva judicial.
