In a December 2022 deposition tied to Dominion’s $1.6 billion dollar defamation suit against Fox News, Hannity was asked whether he believed the election fraud claims Trump’s attorney Sidney Powell was making on his show. His answer, quoted as exact: I did not believe it for one second.
NPR’s headline put it even more directly, Hannity said he knew Trump lost the 2020 election. He also privately texted White House chief of staff Mark Meadows saying Trump had lost, though that wasn’t under oath.
Why President Trump ever accepts an interview with this fraud is mind blowing.
