And so the year is over. A mixture of emotions today, especially for Year 6: sadness, excitement, relief, hope, anxiety, love...but the overwhelming feeling from everyone was of pride. Proud of their own achievements and our pride of who they've become.
The stage is set for our first Sports Day, with parents, for toooo long! @WeAreBDAT
Well done to our U11s football team for an outstanding effort at the Yorkshire Finals. The boys played brilliantly throughout the 11 games vs some very strong sides and ended up as runners up. A great achievement! @WeAreBDAT @BfdSchoolGames 👏⚽️🥈
How can you bring a big crowd together at lunchtime? Invest in muga! The school are loving the use of our new muga playing different sports each week with pupils cheering them on from the side creating a fantastic atmosphere 😀 #everyonewelcome #Lunchtimeactivities @WeAreBDAT

Year 6 Basketball 🏀 skill based challenge using a tennis ball 🎾
Look after your own ball. Avoid stepping onto the cone. Avoid a defender knocking your ball out of the game! #Kingofthering👑 @WeAreBDAT @PEplanning #Enjoyment #Transferbaleskills #Dribbling

My best memories of school were playing sport, my first leadership role was PE Lead; very proud of all the children and staff whose dedication made this happen. Love Westminster and love PE and Sport!
