More fun before school! "Multiplication Tag"- if tagged, hands behind back. Challenger comes, 1,2,3 go (hold fingers 1-10, first one to multiply correctly gets point, then both free. Can't be tagged when in a challenge. Then, "Partner Kickball"!☝️Energy, lots of practice #physed

Roll and Run. 2 students challenging each other. 1 student is the roller. After roll, the 2 students find out what # was rolled, and then run and touch that numbered cone first. If win, stay, if lose, become the roller. @KAHPERD

Created a new visual to display in the hallway. These are the three things we have been practicing for how students enter the gym.

Grades 3-5 playing Champions and Challengers! From @PLT4M @pe4everykid
One of my favorite tossing activities. To add a little bit of challenge later in the game, we added a small hoop for the champion to aim for.

Grades K-2 playing “Catch 10”.
Students take their item to any poly spot and complete 10 self tosses and catches.
After 10 catches, they earned a bracelet and went to choose a new item.
Lots of choice for what to use!

Move the Frog 🐸
Inspired by @TynerTyners and @pewithmrst!
Once a team moved the rubber frog across all of the lily pads (hoops), they earned a toy frog for their team! 🐸
How many frogs can your team earn?

Underhand 🏐Serve Tag! My students always want to throw the ball high when trying to serve so we played a game with short little serves to help them work on the mechanics of the underhand serve. youtu.be/419PcLf-3lg
