A week on Sunday 29/07 I’m riding the C2C in a day, 120 miles and 10,000ft of climbing to raise money for the NE Air Ambulance in memory of my friend who tragically died aged 44. Please RT justgiving.com/fundraising/h… @stewartdonald3 @Chris_Boardman @GeraintThomas86 @millarmind
Got to admire Carrick, couldn’t get Boro out of the Championship but looks like he’s taking Man U out of the Champions League at the first attempt 💪
Raid ordered by Regis apparently, off the back of some lacklustre performances. Smell drifting over to the SoL where defensive coaching sessions were being held. Expect big improvements on Sunday v Leeds 💪🍁🪴

And people have the gall to question whether he’s the right man for the job?! His ability to focus on key issues facing the country is simply unrivalled…
🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham has announced changes to car parking fines

- A £20 maximum charge on appeal for minor mistakes, such as entering the wrong number plate or not displaying a permit
- Charges will also be cancelled on appeal for breakdowns, medical emergencies or broken ticket machines
- The £100 cap on charges will remain
- The rules will come into force as soon as possible and operators that break them will lose access to DVLA data

Unlucky defeats can quickly turn into deserved defeats and abject performances. We are there now. Big players from last season are not at the same levels. The back line is a priority to sort out. Today was a relegation performance.

4 defeats on the trot in PL by two clear goals , 11 conceded and just the 3 goals v City. Last season was built around a good defence , what’s gone wrong ? Starting to get worrying now.
Jesus Christ this is absolutely shambolic, schoolkids defending would be better than Danso and Aldarete today..
I’d love to see the #Safc corners to defensive free kick ratio. Pretty sure the referee gave a free kick from every corner we delivered! #notouching
Poor first half, not helped by a very picky referee and an absolute worldie from their Centre Half….,
Watching Sporting v Lens Catamo looks well suited to our style. Just took 3 touches in the box and had his shot blocked rather than shooting first time… he’s also lost the ball too easily a few times 👍🏻
Have to say Amad doesn’t look the same player without Paddy Roberts… those suggesting we spent £50M on him in the summer should watch the Man U game from yesterday. Looks lost ATM

Robin Roefs there that’s just a poor kick and Brighton work their way through. That’s a really concerning defeat,Brighton are a very good team and ripped the Champions apart prior to the break but against 10 men at home and just nothing in terms of a creative spark. Very poor.

Never ever understand why Talbi doesn't get a chance like. Just don't get it, at all.
Love RLB, but what the fuck is his problem with the lad? 😅 he's our best winger and just left to rot on the bench
