Heads up, New Jersey: Rail service changes are in effect through November 15 as NJ TRANSIT and Amtrak are beginning critical work to transfer the final track from the 116-year-old Portal Bridge to the new Portal North Bridge. During this phase, customers on all rail lines except the Atlantic City Rail Line will experience temporary adjustments to rail service. Expect modified train schedules to include some train consolidations or cancellations, and others with changed departure times and/or stopping patterns.

Just last week, Donald Trump claimed inflation was “totally under control.” Now, inflation has hit 3.7% – its highest rate since May – and gas prices have surged 34%. Not shocking from a President more concerned with lining his own pockets than lowering costs for American families. Here in New Jersey, my Administration is focused on lowering costs and giving families the breathing room they deserve.
