Last evening, we held our Soloists' Recital for Senior students, in front of family and friends 🎤🎵
We saw a wide range of instruments played and songs performed across the evening. It was great to hear the variety of music that was played.
Well done to everyone involved 💜💚

This was significant for me. Nobody was pushing my development, but a sense of moral purpose, doing things that would be better for pupils/better for staff was motivational. I'm also intellectually curious, so that's a key driver. The more I know, the more I want to know. I'm 1/2
Excellent on teacher development, agency and self-drive. @HWRK_Magazine buff.ly/3C51vZC So, fellow educators, ask yourselves: What drives you? If your motivation extends beyond titles and monetary rewards, your journey will be one of continual growth and meaningful impact
