Lots of banging noises outside. I find my Romanian neighbours have rebuilt my fence which had fallen down a while ago.

And by not fit for purpose I also mean in their duty to their members. Our son and others died in a maternity unit that was found to be requiring "investment and improvement". The midwives were under tremendous pressure due to shortages which resulted in a lack or training.

The NMC are not fit for purpose. An investigation in 2017 found that substandard care contributed to the deaths of 6 babies from 2012 to 2017. To compound these failings Scotland has no independent health regulator or HSIB.
