Tapping into Windows audio and bringing passthrough portals to the Quest home environment might make Remote Desktop a decent alternative to Virtual Desktop for work, but those are dealbreakers for me.

Just tried it out. I don't see that there's yet an option for multiple rooms, but the app does remember screen content and placement when you walk out of the room or restart the app
