An extremely nice person, just like her spouse.
Deeply saddened to hear this news about Dottie Schonely, a smart and gracious woman who made everyone she met smile. I’ll always remember how dearly she and Bill loved each other — and loved every moment of their lives together as the First Couple of #RipCity.

Allison Anders and I were obsessed with Burt Bacharach. We were in awe, and so blessed to work with him on Grace of My Heart. He and EC recorded this song on a winter day in NYC. He walked in the studio rocking a 60s Shearling coat, we just looked at each other and smiled. Legend!
I had an amazing experience: Thanks so much for hosting me.

Crushed by the news that Bill Schonely has left us. His love of the Blazers and of Portland was pronounced. Schonz, very clearly, always made his free throws. bizj.us/1qhj13

Stunned to hear passing of Big John @blazerscam4. Four decades w/ @trailblazers as sideline cameraman who was on wrong end of many collisions to get the shot. My first TV appearance was through his lens in 2011, the year of this pic with John, Wheels & fam. Moda won’t be the same

RIP John Curry. Was in his 40th year with Blazers Broadcasting. So many memories, and so many great times over the years. Camera 4 on the baseline, studio camera, and so much more. What a light. Godspeed brother ❤️🙏

Sad to receive the news of Terry Hall’s passing last night from Lynval Golding. Terry’s voice was the perfect instrument for the true and necessary songs on “The Specials”. That honesty is heard in so many of his songs in joy and sorrow. My condolences to his family and friends.
