❌ MYTH: Hurricane categories tell you everything about a storm's danger.
✅ FACT: Categories are based only on wind speed. Even lower-category storms can bring deadly flooding, storm surge, tornadoes & power outages. Stay informed.

❌ MYTH: Taping your windows prevents them from breaking.
✅ FACT: Tape won't stop windows from breaking and can create larger, more dangerous glass shards if they fail.
