2032 Prospects Who Made Their Presence Felt This Summer bit.ly/4A4I3W8

Last January, coach @TMDaddis asked me to work with her 12U team from Jacksonville, about two hours away from @TheBallplex. I didn’t know what to expect, but it was a great opportunity to see how younger players would respond to my training. The first thing I introduced was my activation and prep work routine because I believe it’s one of the most important parts of the entire process. These kids went home, stayed consistent with it, and Coach Daddis did a great job reinforcing it. I got to see them about once a month, and every visit they looked noticeably better. When you introduce good movement patterns early and stay consistent, small improvements keep adding up over time. The younger you start, the more time you have to develop without rushing the process. This group is going to be really impressive when their time comes, and I can’t wait to watch them keep developing. 💪🏼 @BradyVernon @SoftbalAmerica @LineDsoftball @ExtraInningSB
