PHONE CALL ACCURACY

Texting and live calls work best when they work together. For the Indiana House Republican Campaign Committee, interactive texts gathered real-time voter data early in the cycle. That same data helped guide outreach as the program shifted from educating voters to turning out supporters in the most competitive districts. Across the program, CHQ sent 1.55 million texts and completed more than 312,000 live calls. By Election Day, HRCC knew which races needed attention and could focus outreach on verified supporters. Republicans held their House supermajority by four seats. See how the coordinated program worked: campaign-headquarters.com/po…

If you’re running down ballot, are you just assuming turnout at the top will be good enough to push voters out in your race too? I want to push you to reconsider that. Voters need to know YOUR name and why your race matters to them. youtube.com/watch?v=9e73A98W…

Our client had $10,000 left to spend, one more GOTV message to deliver, and a voter universe that had already been heavily texted. We used Live Ringless Voicemail to reach more than 48,000 targeted voters. They won. Same voters, just a different way to reach them. campaign-headquarters.com/li…

Managing multiple races is enough. You shouldn’t also have to manage every live call, text, live ringless voicemail, voter list, script, and turnout plan. Indiana HRCC let our team handle it. Over six weeks, we ran 88 projects across 19 races, sent 472,000 texts, handled live Blind ID and GOTV calls, and identified more than 36,000 supporters. Eighteen of their 19 targeted candidates won. You don’t need another vendor who creates more work. Give us the goal, and let us handle the heavy lifting. Give us 10 minutes. We’ll show you what we can take off your plate: campaign-headquarters.com/ge…

This is what live ringless voicemail looks like on a voter’s phone. A real person leaves the message. It lands directly in the voter’s voicemail inbox. And it can even appear as a transcribed preview right on the lock screen. No prerecorded message. No ringing phone. Just a personal message voters can see and hear. Our Live Ringless Voicemails give campaigns another way to break through. See how it works on a real campaign: campaign-headquarters.com/li…

This caught my attention: Voters who received the campaign’s video texts were much more likely to remember the ad messaging. Ad recall jumped from 8 percent to 30 percent in the test market, a 22-point increase. Texting helps the rest of your media plan stick. impressionstoballots.com/p/4…

Giddy up, y’all. The CampaignHQ posse is headed to Dallas this week for the 2026 RNC Midterm Convention. Come find @nschlinger, Ken Tracy, and @P2PTexting and say hello. We instructed Ken to keep the cowboy puns to a minimum, but no promises.

The DIY pricing advantage is gone. For years, running your own texting program saved money, but that's not the case anymore.

Less than a month until Congress is back. A lot of big issues and not a lot of legislative days. Now is a great time to start thinking about your plan for patch through calls. Because once the votes start moving, everyone is going to want the phones ringing. You might as well get there first.

Every hour your team spends managing compliance, registrations, opt-outs, and reporting... ...is an hour they aren't persuading voters. That's why we lowered our full-service pricing.

I spend a lot of time watching how public affairs campaigns unfold across the country, and one trend keeps popping up. Organizations are waiting until after the public hearing blows up to start communicating. For issues like data centers and energy projects, the most successful organizations identify supporters, engage stakeholders, and build trust long before a controversy reaches the public meeting stage. I wrote more about what we're seeing and what successful public affairs campaigns are doing differently. campaign-headquarters.com/pu…

What we’ve found is that campaigns running a coordinated plan save about 40% on just their calls and texts alone. Because you’re not wasting dollars on the wrong voters. youtube.com/watch?v=BkUgUdm4…
