๐ [Jack] The Quadling Countryโs full of dangers.
๐จ๐ผโ๐พ [Scarecrow] Iโve faced Hammerheads and the Fighting Trees!
๐ [Dorothy] Oh, itโs a wild country, but I guess weโll have to goโฆ if we want that water from that dark well.

New Patchwork Girl of Oz comic series! By @ImageComics.
Issue 1 out now.ย
I anticipate these visuals inspiring some of the moments Iโve yet to adapt in my musical. The first and last songs and a handful in-between are written! ๐ช๐ผ๐

Tackling some of the through-composed stuff. Dialogue-singing is mostly what musical-haters donโt like, so gotta add a lil Scottish โyie-di-diโ ๐๐ฏ

In The Cowardly Lion of Oz [๐1923], the clown Notta Bit More sings this lullaby to comfort Bob Up as they fall asleep in a forest.
A fairyman enjoys the song, places a lantern to let the beasts of the forest know these two are โClaws offโ.
