Who's giving the shoulder press challenge a try? @Acomb_First @WarkPrimary @FirstHexham @CorbridgeFirst @ovinghammiddle @QEHSHexham @HexhamMiddle @AdderlaneAcad @pchsnews @Whitley_Chapel @WhitfieldCofE @StMatthews1875 @ShaftoeTrust @prudhoe_west @OvinghamCEFirst @NewbroughCofEPS
Today’s challenge is influenced by Mrs Robson’s 100 challenge. How many times can you shoulder press in 1 minute? Choose your weight carefully, your deltoids and triceps will work hard, we’ve been creative with what objects we used as a weight #activeathome #stayinworkout

Are you ready to hopscotch? @MorpethAllSaint @DrThomlinson @RothburyFirst @nunnykirk @HarbottleSchool @TVFSchool @Acomb_First @WarkPrimary @FirstHexham @CorbridgeFirst @OvinghamCEFirst @ovinghammiddle @HexhamMiddle @AdderlaneAcad @Whitley_Chapel @WhitfieldCofE @StMatthews1875
Today's personal challenge is to play a game of hopscotch. Mrs Watkins and her daughters teach us how to play and different variations of the game. See if you can get the whole family involed in this one #activeathome #stayhomestayactive #stayinworkout
