A lot of data breaches are over hyped but if the data samples are anything to go by, this one could be really bad for KYC . The breach claims to have ALL ID documents and bank statements of USA Stock Exchange KYC. ALL of it is in there. Excellent info for bank account openups.
MITRE recently released a project dubbed "Technique inference Engine" (TIE) which forecasts an adversaries next set of TTP's in the kill chain given an input TTP higher up the kill chain.
