Once again, the misinformed charlatan and FBI alumnus is peddling online nonsense as she begs people to "report" witness intimidation related to a Clancy juror. She smears (defames?) unnamed lawyers by claiming that while in court they worked to publicly identify jurors. Who, ma'am? What lawyers? Why not name them? What an irresponsible and outrageous thing to say. As far as her (non) expert opinion on what constitutes witness intimidation, there is no world in which @SueOC_NBCBoston , @DoctorTurtleboy or anybody else committed a crime by reporting about the juror's background, all information of which they received from sources and public records. The information is "newsworthy" in the sense that there is an open question as to whether a holdout who has been accused by others of ignoring the law...ignored the law in his juror questionnaire. It is irresponsible for this "expert" with a large following to casually throw out a "5 step analysis" alleging witness intimidation when she knows (or should know) that the statute requires intent to cause emotional harm or to harass the juror while also intending (or with reckless disregard for the fact) that it will somehow interfere with a trial in which a mistrial occurred because the juror disagreed with the rest, which is normal. There is no world in which any of the reports about the juror constitute a crime in Massachusetts. Having said that, it is entirely fair to criticize the reporters for publishing the information about the juror. Many valid points against publishing about the juror have been raised. Some have questioned why the reporters haven't dug into other jurors. Fair question. I imagine the reporters would cite the newsworthiness surrounding the holdout given the other jurors' claims. People should ask the reporters, who may or may not answer. They have to deal with professional consequences, if any, from that fallout. But if publishing information about the holdout juror was a journalistic decision, grounded in what the reporters deemed newsworthy, it is not witness intimidation under the Massachusetts statute, notwithstanding what a non-expert who exploits past employment at the FBI tells her large amount of followers.

Next month tabloid rag Boston Magazine will select Michael Proctor as 'Man of the Year' and make the case that he was treated unfairly and should get his job back. This is satire but what's scary is it's really not.

For three years I've been fortunate to receive information from people who have consistently proven credible. Not rumors. Not social media gossip. Information that, over time, has repeatedly checked out. Because of that, when one of those people tells me to be patient, I listen. The wheels of accountability often turn far slower than any of us would like. Cases are built piece by piece. Documents surface. Testimony changes. People talk. Facts emerge. I don't know exactly when the next chapter will be written,What I do know is this John O'Keefe deserves the truth. His family deserves the truth. And everyone who has spent years demanding honest answers deserves the truth. Sometimes justice moves painfully slow. But slow is not the same as stopped. Stay tuned. Today was just the tip of the iceberg.... the was alot of back channel panic in canton today.

Last night Kate Peter, who is working with Zora from Netflix, the Norfolk County DA's Office, and the State Police, issued a series of racist tweets directed at the foreman of the Karen Read jury. She called him an "Uncle Tom" - a racial slur meant to demean black people who are perceived as not sufficiently black. After receiving massive blowback she deleted the tweet and attempted to word salad her way out of it, but only continued to say more racist things. She said she was tempted to call him a "race traitor" but decided not to because she doesn't know what social class he's in. She accused him of "overt subservience to the upper echelon of white America" for articulating on television why he believes Karen Read is innocent, and why a more thorough investigation into John O'Keefe's death is needed. She accused the foreman of "riding hard for white privilege" because he thought that a white cop's house should've been searched after a dead white cop was found on his lawn. As a black man he knows that he wouldn't receive this same privilege if it was his lawn. She seems to find it unacceptable that a "fucking immigrant and a black community worker" reached a different conclusion that she, as a white woman, reached on the Karen Read trial. She claims he's not black enough because she hasn't seen him on TV advocating for black kids in Boston, which is not something the news would cover even if he did. Finally, she explained that it was OK for her to call him an Uncle Tom because she, as a white woman, determined that this historically racist slur is not in fact racist. Kate Peter is what she is. We all know that. But any decent person who associates with this sort of racism is just as bad as she is.

Michael Easter discusses Jen McCabe’s Google search. He would’ve used Google reverse search warrants and keyword + search term warrants. Google returns a list of users who searched for those terms during that time period, and the timestamps each search was entered (via Google’s servers). Google’s servers don’t record one’s iPhone’s safari tab manipulation data, so an entry of “hos long to die in cold” made on Jen McCabe’s iPhone, at or before 2:27:40am on January 29, 2022, is definitive proof of its occurrence. ————— Be sure to check out @JusticeServedTV’s YouTube channel, where @KenneyBaden and @TheLegalEdge bring on exceptional guests, including Michael Easter, a retired FBI Special Agent of 20 years, to discuss the Karen Read case.
