@hackneycouncil @HackneyAbbott How are you going to Deny my sister a Blue Badge then Deny Her Appeal even though she has Down Syndrome, AVSD, Diabetes Type 1, Asthma, Coeliac Disease and a personal written letter from a Doctor stating why she should get a Blue Badge.
