Today is #IDAHBIT
Across the world, we are seeing an alarming rise in anti LGBTQ+ legislation and hate crimes.
Now more than ever, it is essential we stand together to support our LGBTQ+ family and fight to achieve equality for all.

It's #LesbianVisibilityWeek!
From our success in and out of the pool to the countless hours of volunteering work, the IGLA movement wouldn't be what it is today without lesbians!
There's no single way to be lesbian, so be proud of who you are!

It is so disappointing to see World Athletics announce a unilateral ban on trans women in track and field events.
Their own statement recognises that there are no trans women competing at an international level and that they have no specific evidence to justify the ban.

Enjoy working even closer with the @seabirds_swim and Brighton front runners. Together we have made an impressive set of sea swimmers and runners that swim or swimmers that run and often can be found sea swimming after the Hove prom @parkrunUK

With our largest turn out swimming For one week only we took over the King alfred swimming pool in #Hove. All of us enjoyed doing backstroke in a pool where the ceiling does not follow the lane direction. The only way is Hove. HOVOSEXUALS rule #swimteam @OutToSwim @SceneLGBTQ
