When we compile our C code, we get an `a.out` file and I never bothered to dig deeper and understand what it was and stopped after calling it an executable file. Saw this amazing talk by @harshgkapadia where he spoke about ELF file format, what it contains, the entire process of compilation, and more interestingly he wrote an ELF parser. Pretty cool stuff. I personally think everybody should watch this, it is pretty dope.
