Man this whole thing is pleh. I keep applying to lead tech teams that at least SEEM like they have the same ideals as I do, but it's hard to tell if that's real. And holy heck do I want to bring an actual supportive culture to a team of developers.

Death is weird. My elder dog passed in his sleep the one night I went out of the house this week, and while I'm sad as heck I can't pick between being mad or impressed that he picked the one time I wouldn't be around for it.
To be honest, this is where a lot of my political views tend to come from. The thing that always gets me is that most voters on the right or left would come close to agreeing on what an ideal curve should look like, but one side votes to make it even easier for the top 1-2%
